Hey everyone! My name is Julie, and I’m a senior at Plymouth State University, majoring in Professional Communication. I’m currently taking a course called Introduction to Media and Cultural Studies, which studies different aspects of media, as well as its effects on society from a cultural perspective by applying critical theory to the media. In this class, we put preconceived ideas aside and open our minds to the reality of our culture and society.
